Comparative public administration is a branch of public administration. As an approach, it considers the workings of government in different socio-economic and cultural settings. Comparative public administration focuses on Public Administration as a field of study and research rather simple execution of tasks. This book reviews briefly the past and present situation of the twin fields and discusses a number of trends, developments, and issues that will shape these subfields of public administration in the future.
